Full-time, day shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- BLS certification.
