Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a high-acuity medical surgical floor.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately within electronic health records.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to shift schedules.
• Clear work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Must include a recent photo and all demographic information in profile.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with trauma, neuro, or spinal patients.
• Ability to handle high-acuity patient populations, including trauma and surgical cases.
• Knowledge of EPIC electronic health record system.
