Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Assist with orthopedic and trauma cases, demonstrating strong surgical skills.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during each shift.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and Nursys License Verification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or orthopedic surgical setting.
• Strong knowledge of trauma and orthopedic patient care.
  -.Proficient in nursing assessment, documentation, and patient care procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain flexibility.
• Clear background with no gaps greater than 60 days in work history.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital of similar size or setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
