- Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical surgical and telemetry patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid compact or state nursing license, in hand at time of submission.
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts).
- Experience in medical surgical or telemetry nursing preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital setting, specifically in medical surgical or telemetry units.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
