Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-Time, Night Shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Lead and delegate responsibilities to other healthcare team members while maintaining compliance with departmental standards.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare delivery.
• Maintain active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training prior to the contract start date, or complete required courses during orientation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Active ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation certifications.
• Previous experience in emergency or acute care settings preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in ER or trauma units.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
