- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
- Lebanon, NH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, working 12.5 hours per shift, scheduled Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient status and document care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or geriatric patient care
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Knowledge of state and federal care regulations
