Location
- Lebanon, NH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, working 3 shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health conditions and document accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Respond to urgent health issues and communicate with families as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working 12.5-hour shifts
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations applicable to long-term care facilities
