• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Lebanon, NH
Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, with work on Mondays, Fridays, and every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Monitor, assess, and document patient health statuses and changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with elderly or geriatric populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
