Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor and document patients' health status and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Support residents’ comfort and well-being throughout your shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Strong clinical skills in long-term care and skilled nursing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance policies
- Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
