Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, shift-based (Days), working 3 shifts per week of 12.5 hours each
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
