Registered Nurse - LTAC

Full-time, day shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across multiple units, including ICU step-down, Brain Health, and Long-Term Ventilator Care.
- Monitor critically ill patients requiring specialized equipment such as ventilators, G-tubes, PICC lines, chest tubes, and telemetry.
- Assess patient status, implement clinical interventions, and develop personalized care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Assist with medication management, rehabilitation services, and patient engagement activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to strict attendance and punctuality policies, including participation in orientation and compliance with holiday work requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland or Compact RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care or LTAC settings.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Ability to float within hospital units within scope and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ventilator management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of complex medical equipment and patient monitoring technologies.
- Prior experience working in LTAC or similar long-term acute care settings.
