• Full-time, Dayshift, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their daily living and working skills
• Document patient progress and communicate observations to the clinical team
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery and independence
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with healthcare standards
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols throughout patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy assistant license or certification
• Proven experience assisting in outpatient or healthcare settings
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
