Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' health status and document changes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine.
  • Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
  • Ability to perform nursing procedures and handle emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
