Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
- Ability to perform nursing procedures and handle emergency situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
