Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Document patient progress and updates accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.
• Work predominantly in local facilities within an 80-mile radius.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings.

Additional Notes
