Location
- Portsmouth, NH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel position
- 13-week assignment
- Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, working 3 days per week
- Every other weekend, no on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care including assessment-driven protocols in a busy hospital setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a 209-bed general respiratory floor and ICU
- Perform typical procedures related to respiratory therapy for adult patients
- Utilize equipment such as PB 980, PB 840, and Respironics V60 ventilators
- Support post-op CV surgery patients and respond to varying census and acuity levels
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential
- Ability to work in all hospital areas (floating)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Post-operative CV surgery experience
- Experience with general respiratory protocols on mixed ICU and medical-surgical units
