- Cath Lab/EP Technologist
Location
- Lakeway, TX
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Minimal weekend call (approximately one weekend every four months)
- On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Surgically scrub in and assist with equipment for cardiovascular invasive procedures
- Support Cardiovascular Invasive Specialists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms and equipment, transport and monitor patients
- Handle medications in accordance with role responsibilities, as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- RCIS or ARRT certification required; open to trained Radiologic Technologists interested in transitioning into the Cath Lab
- ACLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in cath lab or invasive cardiovascular procedures is a plus (not required)
