- Full-time, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within the cath lab and electrophysiology suite
- Prepare and set up equipment, monitor patient vitals, and document procedures accurately
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias and other urgent situations
- Maintain sterile fields and assist with vascular access and device deployment
- Support team in procedures such as cardiac stent placement, catheterizations, device insertions, and advanced interventions
- Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active compact license in any non-Swedish facility (Swedish facilities must have active license)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Proficiency with Pyxis medication system and EPIC, McKesson documentation systems
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call shifts
- Knowledge of fluoroscopy equipment (Siemens or similar)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with advanced procedures such as TAVI/TAVR, OCT, PA line insertion, and Watchman devices
- Familiarity with SBAR communication protocol and Vascular Closure Systems (e.g., Perclose, StarClose)
- Prior experience responding to rapid response teams and managing life-threatening arrhythmias
