Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location
• Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 13-week travel assignment, full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in emergency situations effectively as part of the medical team.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle the demands of a travel nursing assignment.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to different clinical environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Previous travel nurse experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
