Key Responsibilities

• Support outpatient services with some acute care responsibilities.
• Provide patient evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Comply with facility policies, licensing, and vaccination requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California state license in Physical Therapy (must be in hand at the time of submission).
• Must have ICU or acute care experience preferred.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination with proof submitted.
• Able to provide two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months.
• Must meet travel compliance standards including RTO restrictions and licensure requirements.
• Background and license hits must be approved prior to offer, with detailed explanations provided.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient and acute care experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
