Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy goals and strategies in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare facility or outpatient setting.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery.
