Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown
• Monitor patient vitals and assess patient conditions regularly
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical records system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License (RN)
• BLS certification required
• 2+ years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an ICU or stepdown unit
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts (days)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Experience working with Cerner electronic documentation system
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
