Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the ICU, PCU, or step-down units following hospital protocols and standards.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care using the Cerner documentation system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow unit-specific policies, including dress code and safety procedures.
• Sustain high-quality patient experience and adhere to staffing ratios and protocols.
• Assist with procedures and respond to emergent patient needs as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/PCU/Stepdown nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts with a schedule of 3 shifts per week (12.5 hours per shift).
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment with patient ratios of 1:5 (day) and 1:6 (night).
• Familiarity with hospital policies and unit-specific procedures.
