• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, travel assignment (13 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency CT exams on patients in the Emergency Department and Inpatient units, including trauma scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA.
• Operate GE CT imaging equipment independently, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
• Document procedures accurately within the Meditech system and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Provide compassionate patient care, addressing patient needs during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic results.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography required; CT certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting performing routine CT exams.
• Ability to operate GE CT equipment independently.
• Valid and active ARRT Radiography license; CT certification is advantageous.
• Strong clinical skills in Emergency and Inpatient imaging procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice CT scanners.
• Ability to perform a variety of advanced CT exams such as trauma scans, CTA, and extremities.
• Familiarity with the Meditech documentation system.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
