• Full-time, day shifts, 32 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hospice nursing care through 4-5 outpatient visits per day in facilities and patient homes
• Travel approximately 30-50 miles daily to reach patients in various locations
• Document patient care and clinical assessments accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient services
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and agency policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be active at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1-year experience in hospice or home health nursing
• Ability to handle multiple patient visits in outpatient settings
• Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient hospice services
• Familiarity with travel documentation and mileage reimbursement procedures
