Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation clinic.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 14-16 patients per day, focusing on orthopedics, sports medicine, and related specialties.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically PT Practice Pro, to document patient care.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure quality patient outcomes and adherence to treatment plans.
• Support patient health and fitness goals through various specialty programs, including aquatic therapy and ergonomics.
• Contribute to a dynamic clinic environment with access to facilities such as a gym, shower, and locker rooms.

Required Qualifications
• Valid California Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Ability to work full days, typically ending around 7 pm.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible start and end dates for this temporary assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with aquatic therapy and advanced orthopedic techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically PT Practice Pro.
• Enthusiasm for innovative and patient-centered rehabilitation approaches.
