Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  -Current CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
• Knowledge of various therapy modalities and equipment
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills
