Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established clinical protocols
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Must obtain a permanent state license; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for long-term assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient therapy settings
