- Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform floating functions to other clinically appropriate units as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Respond to patient needs during night hours to maintain high-quality care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical or acute care settings
- Ability to float between units within scope of practice and demonstrated competencies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
