CT Technologist – Travel Contract

Contract | Travel | Nights | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard CT scans in a high-volume hospital environment supporting the Emergency, Stroke, and Trauma departments
- Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners within a 3-scanner department alongside one additional overnight technologist
- Utilize Meditech and GE Centricity documentation systems to accurately record and manage patient imaging data
- Support ER department turnaround times for Stroke and Trauma cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to patient experience standards including AIDET principles and a patient-focused approach
- May float to the main radiology department as needed per unit floating policy
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT required
- Active Florida Radiologic Technology license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience required (2 years preferred)
- Hands-on GE CT scanner experience required
- Experience with Trauma and Stroke imaging protocols required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Terra Recon or comparable image reformat/post-processing platform
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or GE Centricity documentation systems
- Experience in a fast-paced emergency or trauma-level hospital setting
