Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (10:45–21:45)

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in a high-volume operating room environment supporting a broad range of surgical specialties
• Perform scrub and circulating duties across General, Orthopedic, Robotic, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Plastics (free flap), Liver Resection, and Whipple procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including the DaVinci XI robotic system
• Fulfill on-call requirements of 40–60 hours within each 6-week schedule
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) — must be in hand prior to start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, all within the last 3 years
• Demonstrated experience circulating across multiple surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Robotics, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Whipple, Plastics (free flap), and Liver Resection
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an OR or perioperative setting
• Prior experience with DaVinci XI robotic surgical platform
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
