• Full-time, days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and home programs as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA or equivalent)
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately
• Basic knowledge of healthcare documentation and medical terminology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in CPR or First Aid
