Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Follow patient treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement rehabilitation programs
- Complete required documentation and billing information in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience with patient documentation and treatment planning
- Ability to work Day shifts and adapt to patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or hospital rehabilitation settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of current PT practices and modalities
