Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established clinical protocols
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent, PRN, or travel capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
