Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)

Contract (6 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting during overnight hours
• Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and effectively throughout the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) environment
• Ability to work overnight shifts (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC or SNF setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care environments
