Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available | Up to 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and communicate findings to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality, resident-centered care throughout the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work night shifts on a 3x12 or 4x12 schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in an LTC or SNF environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
