Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Variable Start Times: 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within an acute care hospital Operating Room setting
• Support trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic surgical cases as required by the facility's trauma status
• Participate in on-call rotation distributed equally among nursing staff, which may include up to 6–8 on-call shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends
• Float between like units within the contracted facility and to affiliate hospitals nearby as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) as required

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid California RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic surgical specialties required
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Willingness to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care Operating Room environment
• Ability to adapt to variable start times and flexible scheduling needs
• Comfort floating between units and sister facilities as directed
