Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population including adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 visits per day and up to 55 visits per week
• Perform fall risk assessments and other evaluation and assessment methods as clinically indicated
• Apply case management skills and contribute to screening and building of caseload
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using NextGen EHR
• Treat a broad range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses including post-operative, musculoskeletal, and degenerative conditions

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with outpatient orthopedic patient care across adult, adolescent, and geriatric age groups
• Experience with NextGen EHR or ability to learn quickly
• Strong case management and caseload development skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, total joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, and general low back pain
• Exposure to neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
• Familiarity with high-volume outpatient clinic environments
