Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care

Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
- Float to other units within the facility as needed
- Work with dementia patient populations across all units
- Adhere to assigned scheduled hours as outlined in contract
- Work a Monday through Sunday schedule with no block scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN / LVN license
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Prior long-term care (LTC) experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Must be comfortable working with dementia patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with completing detailed work history including bed count, EMR systems, and facility type
