Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8 Hours) | No Weekends | No On-Call
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting using evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient functional goals
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and professional licensure requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina PT license or Multistate Compact PT license in hand at time of start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work within Epic charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
- Neurological rehabilitation experience is a plus
