Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Manage a high patient ratio (up to 1:44) while maintaining quality of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plans
- Monitor and document patient status, changes in condition, and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health goals
- Adhere to facility attendance policy; no more than two unexcused absences per 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Active or pending RN license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (LTC experience required)
- Current BLS certification
- Must be comfortable working with high patient ratios (up to 1:44)
- Must pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test at orientation (one attempt allowed)
- Candidate must not reside within 75 miles of the facility location
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of nursing experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
