Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient conditions, changes, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for LTC/SNF environments
• Participate in holiday coverage as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license or valid Compact LPN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of prior LPN experience in a geriatric care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 or more months of LPN clinical experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health records system
