Key Responsibilities

• Position patients for x-ray imaging of the chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle
• Perform imaging procedures independently without direct supervision, operate x-ray equipment, process images, and document into PACS
• Provide basic patient care under clinic nurse supervision, including obtaining vital signs, placing patients in exam rooms, and preparing patients for clinician evaluation
• Obtain specimens including blood draws (if qualified) and assist clinicians as needed
• Maintain an orderly, well-stocked work area with appropriate supplies and equipment
• Float to Main Radiology department as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the State of California Department of Health Services
• Current ARRT licensure
• California-issued Fluoroscopy Permit
• Current CPR Certification
• EPIC EMR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel assignment experience
