Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (17:30–06:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services across General Care and Adult Intensive Care units
• Perform airway management, ventilator management, and ABG analysis
• Administer medications, oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Perform suctioning and pulmonary toileting procedures
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required
• Participate in holiday rotation coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Adult ICU setting
• Education must be in-person and accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
• COVID and Influenza vaccinations required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma, emergency room, or teaching hospital settings
• Proficiency with bronchoscopy procedures
• Experience with Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 ventilators
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
