Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as required by the facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to start
• Completion of any required facility documentation outside of standard clearance processes before assignment begins

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
