Greensburg, PA (floating to nearby sister facilities within the region as needed)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients during night shift hours in an inpatient setting
• Float to other units or sister facilities within the region as determined by staffing needs
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems
• Participate in required onboarding modules prior to entering the facility
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including timekeeping, holiday rotation, and supervisor-approved timesheets

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact License (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience (exceptions may apply depending on unit)
• American Heart Association (AHA) certifications as required for the unit
• Ability and willingness to float to sister facilities within the region as needed
• Availability to work every other holiday per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Two supervisor references preferred
