Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate in a high-volume Level I Trauma operating room environment
• Provide perioperative nursing care for a wide variety of surgical specialties including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants
• Support organ procurement procedures as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Participate in weekly orientation and adhere to all scheduling and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in kidney transplant, neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics is required
• Demonstrated experience in transplant, trauma, and neurosurgery OR settings
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate across multiple surgical specialties
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (local travelers will not be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in GYN, urology, ENT (head and neck), or major plastic reconstruction procedures
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Level I Trauma or academic medical center setting
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
