Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and/or circulate in a high-volume Level I Trauma operating room environment
- Provide perioperative nursing care for a wide variety of surgical specialties including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants
- Support organ procurement procedures as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Participate in weekly orientation and adhere to all scheduling and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience in kidney transplant, neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics is required
- Demonstrated experience in transplant, trauma, and neurosurgery OR settings
- Ability to scrub and/or circulate across multiple surgical specialties
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (local travelers will not be considered)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in GYN, urology, ENT (head and neck), or major plastic reconstruction procedures
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Level I Trauma or academic medical center setting
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
