Radiology / Cardiology Technologist – X-ray / Rad Tech

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray within an acute care hospital setting
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled by the department
- Float between like units within the facility or to affiliated nearby facilities as needed
- Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of imaging services
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Radiologic Technology License (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Rad Tech
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract experience in a radiology department
- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with floating to sister or affiliate facilities
