Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within an acute care hospital setting, including acute rehabilitation
• Evaluate and treat patients across assigned units, with the ability to float between like units and potentially to affiliate facilities nearby
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
• Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in required orientation and onboarding modules prior to and during assignment
• Be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy experience
• Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission — pending licenses not accepted)
• Experience with or willingness to work in acute rehabilitation settings with proper orientation
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Willingness to float between units within the facility and to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates considered at adjusted rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior acute rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Travel therapy experience with familiarity of compliance requirements including holiday and float obligations
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years available upon request
