Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days or Nights, 4x12 or 3x12 — traveler's choice) | 13 or 26-week assignment options | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting with a 1:20 patient ratio
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments and care accurately using ECS charting system
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active Alaska LVN/LPN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience in a long-term care setting
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals accepted)
• Must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for facility-provided vehicle

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECS charting platform
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to variable scheduling and rotating shift assignments
• Willingness and availability to work major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
