Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | No weekends or holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver patient care in accordance with established treatment plans and clinical protocols
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately within the EMR system (Epic)
• Float within the facility as needed to support departmental staffing requirements
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, scheduling requirements, and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapy Assistant license or active Compact license required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemption requests must be submitted within 72 hours of acceptance using the facility-provided form
• Two professional references completed within the past two years, provided by a supervisor or someone in a supervisory capacity
• Must be able to float within the facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR is strongly preferred; please indicate the most recent facility where Epic was used
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
